Inara Foundation operates 16 full-functional libraries in Northern Nigeria that serve as learning centers for in-school and out-of-school children. Each library is equipped with books, computers, and other learning aids that are used by a Facilitator to teach children Basic Mathematics (numeracy), English (literacy), and Basic Computer lessons. The libraries in Borno state were commissioned by the Borno state government and education authorities in the state have indicated an interest in having the library school initiative expanded to accommodate the needs of out-of-school children in the state.
